Thank you for shopping with Neonix Studios.
Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or customized specifically for each customer, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Items must be unused and in their original condition whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Digital products or downloadable files
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Minor color differences caused by screen calibration or printing variations
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.
Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible due to material and labor costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or carrier issues.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
